Logo Bank

Logo Bank is a collection of commonly used logos recreated in high quality electronic format for PC desktop publishers by PC publishers. Each logo has been donated to the collection by a local desktop publisher - rather than leaving their artwork languishing on disks never to be used again.

The owners of the logos win because high quality copies of their logos are readily available keeping them consistent and saves money. Desktoppers save time - they don't spend hours drawing something unnecessarily (you can never charge out what these things are worth anyway!). And the donors? Well if we all draw a few it is hoped that the bank will be able to return the favour some time!

Originally, Logo Bank was part of the Desktop BBS, but with the popularity of the Internet the collection has been mirrored to TT's homepage so it can reach a wider user group.

You can make donations or look for artwork via either network:

It will be a day or so before new uploads become visible to allow for testing and virus checking.

One request, please don't tie up the BBS or bog down the Internet link trying to download the entire collection in one go - both are heavily used for job uploads during business hours - usually for urgent jobs! By all means hop on and grab the logo you need, but use a little sense. Logo Bank has been going for years - it is not going to disappear before you can get what you want - in fact regular quick visits are better because you can keep on top of what's new.

So what kinds of logos does LogoBank have?

Just by way of example: Asiana Airlines, Coke, Levi, Lego Technic, Malaysia Airlines, QANTAS, the re-cycled symbol, South African Airways, Thai Airways, Caltex, Chiropractic Association, GIO Australia Logo, NATA and National Mutual. Plus quite few others - and gowing all the time!
